Come solo or with friends to shoot pool, dominate in one or all of our video game tournaments, work on your shot with our new Warriors Arcade Basketball Game, or just come to lounge. Do you want to be part of a group that is interested in working with the community to make a difference? Do you want to be part of a group where teen issues are discussed and where activities are planned for teenagers like yourself?


If you are entering 9th-12th grade and want to be part of an organization where your voice makes a difference, join us the first Wednesday of the month from September-May from 6:30-8pm at the Red Morton Youth Center. Attention 6th-8th grade Redwood Shores students! Need a fun place to hang out after school? Sign up for a Sandpiper Game Room membership and spend your afternoons playing pool, foosball, video games, using our computer lab or just hanging with friends. LITs-stulsaftL.I.T. Leaders In Training Program (Summer Only)

Age 13-15
Interested in gaining professional experience while working hands-on in a summer camp setting? The Leaders In Training (L.I.T.) Program gives teens the opportunity to develop important job skills and prepare for future employment through training, hands-on experience and evaluation. L.I.T.’s will gain valuable leadership skills, get hands-on training with young children, and meet interesting new people.

Throughout the summer there will be Sports Activities, Field Trips, Arts & Crafts, Job Interview workshop, plus a lot of FUN! A certificate of completion will be given to all participants. Training dates are mandatory. For more info email recreation@redwoodcity.org or 650.780.7311.

Online Class
This Online Drivers Education Course is approved by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Reading, flash graphics, videos, and quizzes will prepare the reader to pass the written DMV test. The course is very easy to use. You simply log into the website, enroll, and you can begin immediately!

When registering make sure you complete the question that says:

Take A Class

Fitness Center & Gym

Drop-in activities are available for both youth and teens.  Youth Center Membership is $15/year (age 10-15) and includes use of the Gym when available.  Teen Membership is $40/year (age 16-17) and includes full use of the Fitness Center and Gym when available.  Fitness Center access is limited to teens (age 16-17) with membership (no drop-in). Youth (age 10-17) can drop-in to the Youth Center for $1/day, but membership is encouraged.
